Usha joined Securonix with over 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience in human resources working with leading information technology, telecom, and managed services companies. She has facilitated and been part of many a growth story for true start-ups and multinational organizations looking to set up offices in a new geography or region.

Usha is a certified HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) professional and specializes in individual and team assessments. In her previous roles she has handled global HR business partner portfolios, employer branding, training, talent acquisition, and management.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Usha is responsible for the management and delivery of the global HR function at Securonix.
